There are also practical ways to exercise without you getting so much stressed, such as stretching or stationary jogging before heading for work or before going to bed, as long as you start doing it every day until it becomes a hobby. Don’t dwell too much indoors, go outside and breath some fresh air, or if you’re in the office, find a perfect spot where you can with your friends to get some fresh air on your break time.
